My son's previous bike bought from Tesco for 70 EUR was complete garbage. I think it costed Tesco not more than 20 EUR and as most products sold in Ireland, it had 350% margin.

I decided to buy this bike because reviews were very positive. And I have to say I couldn't imagine it is to be sooo good. Very well built, very easy adjustable breaks, very easy to apply breaks as well, great looking - REALLY excellent bike. I hardly could resist riding it :) My son is very happy!

Ordered this bike as a Christmas Present for my Grandson but Good old Santa was in such a rush he delivered it within 3 days. Checked the bike and it needs to be assembled but thats not a problem the only minor thing i can see is the nuts holding the back wheel on are capped so there is no thread coming through so that i could fit the stabilisers for him but again only a minor problem because you can buy thread extenders that screw on to the spindle and then the stablisers will fit. All in all the bike is a Raleigh, a sturdy looking thing and i am quite pleased with it but i am not going to ride it. -- Raleigh 16" Boys Bike ZZAP
